One of the reasons
we can keep our prices down is by minimizing our overhead
expense of showrooms, and relying on our web site. We
ship out of our main San Jose facility and there is
a showroom at this facility. To see similar installed
showers you can visit any Home Expo. The units displayed
at the Home Expo's are not necessarily made by eShowerDoor
, but are similar in design. |

Do you ship to my area, and what does shipping cost? |

We ship to anywhere in the USA
including Alaska, and Hawaii. We ship everything freight
collect, but our volume discount apply. Shipping cost
are dependent on weight and destination. We ship Doors
to the Chicago area for $110-$140, To New Jersey for
$120-$150, Miami for $130-$160, and up and down the
West Coast for about $ 65. For shipping outside the
USA we can ship to an export agent of your choice, who
will then take care of the details of shipping the products
to the final destination. |

Are there standard sizes for Euro Frameless Doors? |

for the Euro Frameless doors. The guidelines for height
is for the door to be as high or a little higher the

We do not sell the shower walls.

How long does it take to receive my door after I place
the order? |

Our standard manufacturing time
is two weeks. It takes five days transit time for the
Easy Coast, and two days transit on the West Coast. |

Do you install in my area? |

We are the manufacture of the
shower door kit. We do not do installation ourselves.
There a number of contractors that work with the company
which we would be glad to refer you too. |

When do you use 1/2" glass? |
| |
The same edge work is used on
both 3/8" and 1/2" glass. The majority of
Euro Frameless shower doors are made from 3/8" glass.
Sometime customer prefer the heaver look of the 1/2".
In some cases we will recommend making a fixed panel
out of 1/2" glass to make the glass stiffer. Usually
this is the inline panel when glass-to-glass hinges
are being used. |

How do I order a shower door? |

The best way to order a custom
size is to make a small sketch with you dimension, hardware
finish, and glass selection. Fax this sketch to the
sales dept. at 408-988-4423. They will fax you back
a quote for your approval. To place the order you sign
the bottom of the quote write in your credit card information,
and fax it back to us. |
