Carved Glass Design ( Class D )

The carved glass design in class D require hand blasting. The designer goes through a process of pealing and shade frosting to create a 3D feeling in the image. Because the design are hand blasted it may take a couple extra days in the manufacturing process. The hand blasting add slight variation to each design.

Bamboo

Bamboo: Frosted design on a clear background. This pattern can be modified to fit the shower panel or door. It can be a light design along the hinge side of the door or it can be a design covering the entire door.

Technical:   The design is sandblast on to the outside surface of the shower door glass. It will not peel or chip. The design size is adjusted at the designers discretion. The design is placed on the panels so that they match as a set.

Egret

Egret: An image of an Egret standing in shallow water among water grass. This design is hand blasted using the shade frost technique to give depth to the image and the feather layering on the Egret. This design is done as a frosted design on clear glass (FC). Addition panels usually are left clear or will have additional water grass.

Technical:   The design is sandblasted on to the outside surface of the shower door glass. It will not peel or chip. This design uses the shade frosting technique, so the frosted areas will very in obscurity. The scale and positioning is of the design is a the designer discretion.

Egret

This design does not lend itself to the clear design on frosted glass.

Nude (Back)

Nude (back): This design can be mirrored to face left or right. The normal position is to have the backside on the hinge side of the door. This is a hand blasted design using the shade frost technique which gives depth and contour to the design. Each design will vary at the designer's discretion.

Technical:    The design is sandblast on to the outside surface of the shower door glass. It will not peel or chip. The frosted areas are sealed. The design size is adjusted at the designers discretion. The design is placed on the door panel so that the back is on the hinge side of the door.
