Carved Glass Design ( Class C )

eShowerDoor uses a special program to put patterns on the shower door glass. We use a sand blasting process to put the designs on the glass. This means that the design a permanent. They will not peal or crack. On this page we show a few of our standard Class C designs. These designs are are slightly more complex the Class B, and have a solid matt frost. Most of these designs can be run as a clear design on a solid frost background for maximum privacy or as a frosted design on clear glass.

Rose Arbor

Rose Arbor :   Frosted design on a clear background.

Technical:   The design is sandblast on to the outside surface of the shower door glass. It will not peel or chip. The frosted areas are sealed with Crystal Shield II. The design size is adjusted at the designers discretion. The design is placed with the flower on the hinge side of the door.

Classique

Classique: A cluster of Cala Lilies. The design can face left or to the right. The standard configuration is for the plants to be to the hinge side of the door. This design can be done as frosted lines on clear glass (FC), or for more privacy clear lines on frosted glass (CF).

Technical:   The frosted areas are sealed with Crystal Shield II. The frosted area are very obscure see the glass gallery for a picture of frosted glass. The design is typically positioned so that the center line is positioned to be at 60% of the panel height. The scale and positioning is of the design is a the designer discretion.

Classique II

Interchange

Weave (Large): This Weave design is simple and clean in appearance. The size of the sample door to the left is 28" x 72". The design size needs a panel at least 10" wide for the design to be effective. Smaller panels should be frosted glass, or consider using the smaller weave design (6341FC).

Technical: The frosted areas are sealed. The design size, positioning, and border size is adjusted at the designers discretion. A weave segment on the large weave design is approximately 3" long. The design is placed on the panels so that they match as a set.

Weave (Std.)l

Weave (Std.): This Weave design is simple and clean in appearance. The design is available as frosted design on clear glass. The size of the sample door to the left is 28" x 72". The design size needs a inline side panel needs to be at least 8" wide for the design to be effective. Smaller panels should be frosted glass.

Technical: The design size, positioning, and border size is adjusted at the designers discretion. A weave segment on the standard design is approximately 3" long. The design is placed on the panels so that they match as a set.

Weave (std.):

6341 FC   Frosted design on clear glass.

Reflections

Reflections: A elegant border with an oval border. The design makes me think of an antique mirror. The inner oval area can left clear (FC) or frosted for more privacy (CF). The design outside the oval is a frosted design on clear class.

Calla Lilly

Calla Lilly: A simple clean line design. The flower can be on the right or on the left. The line design is lite and not over powering. The frosted design (FC) on clear glass adds some customizing without blocking the view. The clear design on frosted glass (FC) provides good privacy to the shower.

Primrose

Primrose: A simple clean line design with the lines and the flowers to one side of the panel. The line design is lite and not over powering. The frosted design (FC) on clear glass adds some customizing without blocking the view. The clear design on frosted glass (FC) provides good privacy to the shower.
